Upon checking in, we noticed a lack of basic amenities; There was no soap or towels available without asking. the television in our room wasn't working, and the front desk staff lacked the courtesy and knowledge to assist us effectively. The hotel did offer a family-friendly environment, which is always a plus for travelers like us. We appreciated the ability to surf the web, allowing my teenagers to stay connected and entertained during our downtime. Despite these positive aspects, our overall experience was less than satisfactory. As an active family from Leeds, I had hoped for a more welcoming atmosphere.
